The lawyers of the team assist Italian and international companies in all employment issues, including:
- drafting of executive and non-executive employment contracts, relative additional clauses, and work contracts per se for both employees and self-employed parties, agency contracts, appointment reports and agreements, allocation of fees and revocation of directors, bonus plans;
- for all matters relating to contracts for employed, insourced and self-employed parties, and for organic relations between a company and the members of its Board of Directors;
- for matters regarding industrial relations and terminating employment contracts, involving individual and collective dismissal, and any disputes.
