Riccardo is a Partner at Alma LED and he is co-Head of the Public Law and Regulatory Industry Department based in Rome.
Riccardo focuses on assisting clients operating in highly regulated markets, with reference to energy, environment and pharmaceuticals, both in and out of court (Civil, Administrative, Water and Tax Courts).
After graduating in Law magna cum laude and a Master’s degree in “Management of Energy and Environment”, Riccardo was a professor on energy contracts within the same master.
He also regularly lectures on pharmaceuticals matters.
