Andrea Giorgio Tarallo is a Senior Manager at Alma LED and he mainly deals with corporate taxation and extraordinary transactions related to M&A and Tax Due Diligence.

Andrea has over 10 years of experience in the tax field and has mainly been involved in providing ordinary advice to Italian and international clients on ordinary and extraordinary transactions such as M&A, as well as tax due diligence activities.

Andrea has gained significant experience working at leading Italian and international law firms, such as Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, Trotter, GPAV and Forvis Mazars S.p.A.

Andrea graduated in Economics and Business Law from the University of Pavia in 2017 and has been registered with the bar of Chartered Accountants since 2019 and with the bar of Certified Public Accountants since 2021.
