Concetta Letizia Scimè

Concetta Letizia Scimè is a Senior Associate at Alma LED and mainly deals with extraordinary transactions related to M&A, corporate reorganizations, international taxation, and tax litigation.

Before joining Alma LED, Concetta gained experience in leading professional firms in the tax field and mainly provided ongoing advisory services to Italian and international clients on ordinary and extraordinary transactions such as M&A, as well as tax due diligence activities.

Concetta has gained significant experience working with prominent Italian and international law firms, including Russo De Rosa Associati and PWC TLS.

She earned her Law degree from Bocconi University in 2018 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2021. She also obtained a master’s degree in economics – Administration, Finance and Control – from LUM Jean Monnet University in 2025. She is currently registered as a trainee with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants.
