Erminia Procopio
Senior Manager
Erminia Procopio is Senior Manager of Alma LED and she mainly deals with international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions.
She has gained ten years of experience in acquisition and/or sale transactions, in particular of real estate assets, both residential and commercial, and in the assistance activity of private equity funds aimed at preparing efficient investment platforms from both a corporate and tax, as well as the performance of normal tax due diligence activities.
Erminia graduated in Law (Università, degli Studi of Milan – Italy) in 2011 and she was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2015.
After having worked with Deloitte since 2011 and with Fantozzi & Associati from 2016, she stated working in LED Taxand in January 2018 and in June 2023, together with the rest of the Firm, she joined Alma LED.
