Giuseppe Lo Presti

International Taxation and Tax M&A.

Giuseppe graduated in Law at the Bicocca University of Milan (2014) and he was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2021. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Corporate Tax Law (University “Luigi Bocconi” of Milan), a Master’s Degree in International Taxation and a Master’s Degree in Criptocurrency, NFT and Metaverso (Ipsoa, Wolters Kluwer Group).

After having worked with an important audit company and another international Law Firm, Giuseppe started working in LED Taxand in February 2022 and in June 2023, together with the rest of the Firm, he joined Alma LED.

Giuseppe mainly deals with international tax planning and corporate tax. Daily works with national and international clients in order to deal reorganization transactions and due diligence activity.

Giuseppe also is a lecturer and university assistant on Tax Law at University of Milan and he is author of many publications on tax matters.
