Ivano Siniscalchi is a Senior Associate at Alma LED in the Public Law and Regulatory Industry Department based in Rome.

Ivano Siniscalchi has gained significant experience in Public Law and Administrative Law with a focus in the area of public contracts, energy and public utilities. Ivano Siniscalchi mainly deals with litigation in the areas of public procurement, energy and infrastructure, representing national and international clients in litigation before ordinary courts and administrative courts. Ivano Siniscalchi also represents national and international clients in administrative proceedings before independent administrative authorities (including the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment – ARERA).

He deals with project finance deals, assisting clients (both borrower and lender side), in the field of renewable energy and infrastructure.
