Simone Bianco is a Trainee in the Investment Funds team at the Milan office of Alma LED. He assists with contractual, corporate and regulatory matters related to the structuring, establishment and management of alternative investment funds, including in cross-border contexts.

Simone gained experience within the legal team of Heritage Holdings, a Luxembourg law Fund of Funds, where, as an intern for the role of Legal Officer, supported the fund’s investment operations in KYC, legal due diligence, contract drafting and review, compliance and regulatory matters.

He graduated with honors in Law in 2024 from the University of Naples “Parthenope”, with a thesis in European Union law on anti-money laundering.

He used to publish articles on financial regulation matters, with a particular focus on the impact of the Artificial Intelligence Act on the cryptocurrency ecosystem and on money laundering prevention.
