Pasquale is a finance lawyer, primarily focused on innovative structures requiring a combination of competences on lending, structured finance, NPLs/UTPs and restructuring/turnaround.
He has also a consolidated track record in real estate finance, constantly assisting banks, financial institutions, investment funds and other major players in Italian and cross-border transactions.
