Virgilio has gained a significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts related to banking, financial and investment services as well as to different areas of commercial law.
Virgilio assists operators and intermediaries in the banking and financial sector, providing support on banking regulation, negotiation of contractual agreements, digital services and smart banking.
Virgilio assists operators in the banking and financial sector, providing advice on personal data protection and cybersecurity, with reference to the activities necessary for the proper implementation of the GDPR Regulation.
