Alessandro Capraro is a Junior Associate at Alma LED office in Milan in the Investment Funds and Finance Teams.
Alessandro assists clients in the structuring and establishment of alternative investment schemes – including the contractual and corporate framework – for private equity and venture capital, as well as in investments in newly established alternative investment schemes.
Alessandro further assists clients in the legal and regulatory aspects of the day-to-day management of alternative investment funds, also with regard to ESG issues.
Lastly, Alessandro advises national clients on various issues related to the area of Finance.
