Andrea Migliara
Junior Associate
Andrea Migliara is a Junior Associate at Alma LED within the Investment Funds team.
Andrea assists clients on various issues related to investment funds and financial services and gives support in structuring M&A transactions, extraordinary finance, secondary market operations and co-investments.
Andrea graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2019 and subsequently, during the period of legal practice, he worked in the Corporate Department of at a leading Italian law firm, focusing mainly on M&A, Due diligence (corporate law, contracts, insurance and Real Estate) and general corporate contracting.
During his traineeship period, Andrea was also a Teaching Assistant at LIUC Università Cattaneo in corporate compliance (Corporate Governance, Administrative Liability of Entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001, risk management systems).
In September 2023, he was admitted to the Italian Bar to practice as a lawyer.
