Emanuele Abbate

Emanuele is an Associate within the Public Law Team at the Rome office of Alma LED.

Emanuele provides judicial and extra judicial consultancy, to Italian and foreign clients, in the different areas of administrative law.

He has gained experience in public and private contracting, public procurement procedures and international procurement contracts.

Emanuele also advises on proceedings aimed at obtaining authorisations, licences and nihil obstat in the main area of business interest and on the assessment of the public aspects of companies.
