Francesco Pio Murgo is Senior Associate at Alma LED.

Francesco has gained an expertise in recurring and non-recurring corporate and tax advice, with particular reference to international taxation, business restructuring and M&A transactions.

He has advised several listed and unlisted multinational groups in transfer pricing projects, taking care of the preparation of TP documentation, setting up TP policies, IP regime and business restructuring related intangible assets analyses and performing TP risk assessments as part of due diligence process, business valuations and preparation of appraisal reports.

He provides assistance in M&A transactions, dealing with the tax aspects of due diligence, structuring and contracting, and provides opinions about domestic and international taxation and corporate laws matters.

He has also assisted board of directors members and statutory and legal auditors, even of financial intermediaries, in carrying out their activities and audits required within their respective responsibilities and in preparing deeds, minutes and other corporate obligations.
