Rosario Apuzzo

Rosario Apuzzo is senior associate to the International Litigation, Arbitration and international contracts team of Alma LED’s Rome office.

Rosario has an extensive experience in the management of civil, commercial and bankruptcy litigation and has been providing assistance for many years to Italian and foreign clients with a strong presence in Europe and the United States, including innovative start-ups, banks, financial services companies etc., both in the management of litigation and arbitration proceedings as well as in commercial and international contract law matters and any issues related to civil, commercial and bankruptcy law.

At the same time, for the same subjects Rosario has being rendering since many years continuous out-of-court assistance (including the drafting, review and negotiation of those contracts, typical and not, through which clients develop their business in Italy and abroad), as well as any pre-litigation activity aimed at avoiding as far as possible recourse to the judicial authorities, including the performance of any alternative means of dispute resolution – ADR.

As part of his pro bono activities, Rosario serves non-EU citizens who invoke their right to family reunification in our country e/o credits recoveries in favour of ONLUS and similar entities.
