Sveva is specialized in corporate law and assists national and international clients on venture capital operations, as well as private equity transactions, venture capital funds’ transactions in start-ups and innovative SMEs. She is also involved in corporate and commercial matters with a focus on corporate governance issue: Sveva supports clients on commercial contracts regarding the sale and purchase of companies, branches and participations in companies, mergers and acquisitions, as well as activities related to corporate governance, due diligence and commercial contracts.
